This limited edition 25 year old Timorous Beastie is a blend of Highland whiskies from undisclosed distilleries, all aged for at least 25 years. With only 1,600 bottles available, it is a non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured, and 46.8% ABV whisky. On the nose, there is a burst of vanilla and oak with hints of tangy marmalade and barley. The palate is buttery and mouth-coating, with notes of ginger, brown sugar, and creamy cereal. The finish is long with gentle spice, honeycomb, and more vanilla sweetness, resembling the qualities of home-baked goods.
