We use only imported barley malt, including peated malt from Scotland and malt for German beer (pilsner).

The W wood-fired still produces an even more powerful finish to the robust flavor of imported barley.

Firewood distillation is extremely rare worldwide, and this is an original still from Shizuoka Distillery. Using thinned wood cut from the forests of Oku-Shizuoka, distillation is carried out at a high temperature of 800°C.

A subtle smokiness and a pleasant aroma from direct flame distillation. This is the most robust and profound finish in the "Pot Still" series.

*Although this product uses imported ingredients, it is a "Japanese single malt whiskey" that meets the standards for Japanese whiskey set by the Japan Spirits and Spirits Makers Association.
