Old Particular Dailuaine 12YO Single Malt Whisky 700ML is part of the new core single malt single cask range of Scotch whiskies from Douglas Laing & Co, known for their top-quality, hand-selected aged malts from all over Scotland. This particular release is a unique series of individually bottled single cask malts, without added color or chill filtration, allowing the natural oils, fats, and enzymes of the spirit to contribute to the nose, mouthfeel, palate, and finish. The nose offers sweet and spicy notes with macerated fruit and cereals, while the palate starts off gently and builds to a peppery, fruity, and malty taste. The finish features hints of spiced raisins, home-baked goods, with a minty and oaky finish.
