This 700ML bottle of Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve boasts an ABV of 46.5%, showcasing the expertise of the Akuto family, who have been in the beverage making industry since the 1600s. After his father's Hanyu distillery went bankrupt, Ichiro started his own distillery in Saitama, just outside of Tokyo, using his vast knowledge and experience to create this blended malt featuring notes of apple. This smooth Japanese whisky is a blend of Hanyu and Chichibu, where it was matured, vatted, and bottled.
