Pot Still K's raw liquor, which is packed into puncheon barrels and aged in the cool mountain climate.
The environment is cool and the temperature changes are more gradual than at a distillery. After five years in this environment, K's raw spirit has a soft, grape-like freshness and a malty sweetness.
