Canasta Sherry Cream in a 750ML size boasts an ABV of 19.5%. Made from carefully selected Bud musts and subject to controlled fermentation, this fortified wine is aged for a minimum of six years in oak casks through the Criaderas y Soleras system. The result is a sophisticated blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez with a unique sweet oloroso character. Expect a smooth, velvety palate with warm alcohol notes and a lingering aftertaste, accompanied by the rich aromas of dried nuts, raisins, and brown sugar. A must-try for fans of sweet oloroso.
