Jiang is a fusion spirit brand created by JiangLab Asia, blending aged Mexican agave distillate with Chinese botanicals such as jasmine and rose.

Headquartered in Singapore and Hong Kong, Jiang was built on the concept of “Oriental Essence with Agave Soul” — bringing together the character of mature Weber Blue Agave from Jalisco, Mexico, with the elegance of traditional Chinese floral ingredients.

The brand’s goal is to create a modern East-West drinking experience that celebrates cultural harmony, floral complexity, and approachable sipping.

Distillery & Production

Jiang begins with an agave distillate sourced from Jalisco, Mexico, made from 10+ year-old Weber Blue Agave.

The spirit is then finished in China, where selected botanicals are infused to create Jiang’s distinctive floral-forward profile. The rose expression is linked to Xiaojin City, Sichuan, an area known for its Jinshan roses.

The infusion process uses jasmine tea leaves or rose petals to complement the agave base, resulting in a smooth, aromatic spirit with a naturally rounded profile and no added sugar.
