The sixth batch of Balvenie Tun 1509, available in a 700ML size, showcases the expertise and stock management skills of Malt Master David Stewart MBE. This non-chill filtered whisky is bottled at 50.4% ABV and is the result of Stewart's 57 years of experience and art of whisky stock management. The rich nose boasts notes of soft brown sugar, toffee, blossom honey, and ginger oak spices, while the palate offers a beautiful depth with hints of maple syrup, candied orange, and runny honey. The finish is sweet and malty, complemented by oak vanilla and a spicy layer.
